Each design comes in a Licia Atelier recycled paper box, Satin pouch with a Thank you note and a description card signed by the artist because our jewelry is meaningful to us and hand made carefully .
Shipping and Delivery
In most cases, orders received will be shipped within 2-7 business days . Products available for purchase at any moment are subject to availability of stock on hand. A confirmation of receipt for your order will be sent via email and a tracking number when shipped. Returns If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way please contact us and upon agreement of returning for an ex-change have the item packed securely including the return number we will provide with the item in its original condition, and the original packing within 15 days of the day receipt. Packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. If you do not wish to use Pay Pal please contact us for alternative.
